Work materials
In order to sharpen the meat grinder knives, you will need:
- sharpening bar or sandpaper and a wooden block;
- container with water;
- sponge.
Step 1. Disassemble the meat grinder

We unscrew the union nut, remove the mesh and knife.
Please note that the knives are not only dull, but also covered with scratches and plaque. In some cases, chips are visible on them, and the surface itself is slightly deformed.
Step 2. We prepare the necessary tools

We take a grinding block, a foam rubber sponge and a small container into which we pour a little water.

Using a sponge, wet the bar with water.
