Poached eggs are one of the easiest ways to make a delicious and nutritious breakfast. Usually, eggs cooked in this way are served with cucumbers, lettuce, herbs or bacon. They will be very tasty with croutons and cheese.
In cooking poached eggs, the main thing is to make the right yolk. It should not be too hard, and should spread when cut. This article will describe two ways to cook poached eggs.

Method number 1. Classical
The classic cooking method involves a minimum of necessary accessories. Actually, you only need a container of water, a whisk, a small cup or bowl and an egg.
Action #1 Pretreatment of water
Water must be boiled. As soon as the boil begins, remove the pan from the stove.
After that, the pan is put back. After this procedure, the water will not boil immediately, but after some time, usually 20-30 seconds.
Action #2 Egg preparation
Before the water begins to boil, you should prepare the egg.It is carefully broken and poured into a bowl.
Action #3 Creating a funnel in the pan
Using a whisk, a funnel is made in the pan. Its inner diameter should be several centimeters.
Step 4 Putting the egg in the funnel and boiling it
After a stable funnel is obtained, an egg is sent to its very middle.
In this case, the egg itself twists in the direction of rotation of the funnel. No additional tools need to be collected or held.
After 3 minutes, the egg is removed with a spoon.
Then they are served at the table.
The final step is cutting the yolk.

Method number 2. Guaranteed
If for some reason it was not possible to cook the egg in the first way, you can do it differently. This will require the following ingredients:
- bowl or cup
- film
- olive oil
- egg
The main problem that cooks may encounter with the classic method of preparing poached eggs is that that the funnel is not sufficiently untwisted and the egg will spread over the pan.
In the second method, such an accident cannot occur, since the movement of the egg will be limited by the film.
Step #1 Preparing the Film
The film is lined with the bottom of a cup or bowl. After which it is lubricated with oil. This is done so that the egg is easy to get.

The egg should be carefully broken and poured into a bowl on the film. At this stage, you can add spices, salt and aromatic herbs to the egg for taste.
Action #3 Boiling the Egg
Next, the film is wrapped.
And put the film with the egg in boiling water for 3 minutes.
