Time is money - no one wants to waste it. Meet the innovative way connecting two wires.
No twists, no clamps, no terminals are needed here. Only new generation heat shrink and virtually any heat source.
This method of joining wires not only saves installation time, but makes the joint as secure as soldering.

A little about innovation
Not so long ago, the appearance of heat shrink tubing caused a real boom in the field of electrical installation. As it turned out, this was just the beginning. New heat-resistant materials made it possible to implement the most daring solutions.
The idea was to combine the processes of soldering and insulating wires in one action, and it turned out. For soldering, a temperature of about 200 ° C is used, and heat shrinkage can withstand much higher temperatures - therefore, the developers of this innovation placed an additional element containing solder with flux in the heat shrink segment.
When the insulating material is heated, the wires are simultaneously insulated and soldered.
In addition, the developers decided to equip their product with additional insulation from a humid environment, — two heat shrink rings that securely seal the connection.

Method of soldering two wires with simultaneous sealing of the joint
To connect the wires you will need:
- building hair dryer, gas-burner or regular lighter
- heat shrink with solder
It is preferable to use a hair dryer - it is safer to work and the result is more beautiful. However, in view of the fact that many do not have this tool, the use of heat sources with an open flame is allowed.
Since the temperature regime of gas burners and lighters is not regulated, special attention must be paid during operation.
Step # 1 - preparation for soldering
First of all, you need to choose a heat shrink with solder of the desired diameter. Therefore, when purchasing such tubes in a store, you need to take care of this - sellers recommend purchasing goods in several sizes at once or in sets.
Step number 2 - preparation for soldering
After stripping the ends of the wires, we pass a heat shrink tube through one of them.
The ends of the wires need to be fluffed up a little for better soldering. We insert them into each other, and weave, as shown in the figure.
We shift the heat shrink with solder so that the central ring is above the joint.
Step 3 - Insulation and Soldering
We start heating the tube with a hair dryer. We heat in the center.
To get the best result, heat shrink with solder must be processed from different sides, and therefore it must be rotated during operation.
The whole soldering process, i.e. how the solder spreads, we can clearly see. After the solder has spread over the joint, the sealing rings of the joint begin to shrink.
The soldering and waterproofing process is completed. It remains only to wait a little while the knot cools down.

Conclusion
Using this method, we get the most reliable type of connection - soldering, plus waterproofing. At the same time, we save time. It should not be forgotten that conventional soldering is not available in many places, but not by this method.
You can use a lighter instead of a hair dryer. When using the latter, you need to make sure that the tube does not catch fire, otherwise the sealing of the connection will be broken.

Of course a good thing, but I think it's expensive and difficult to solder when wiring. For example, it is difficult to solder wires in a junction box if the ends of the wires are short. Notovar will find its buyer.
