Everyone who has ever dealt with repairs in an apartment used a hammer drill to drill holes in a concrete wall. It can also be used as a jackhammer to remove old tiles or thick plaster from walls. But in everyday life, this tool is not very in demand. We will tell you about how, with the help of 4 homemade nozzles, you can make your puncher an indispensable assistant not only in the house, but also on the plot.

Materials for manufacturing
In order to make 4 additional drill bits, you will need:
- construction plumb;
- 4 drills for perforator;
- marker, ruler and corner;
- Bulgarian;
- welding machine;
- thick metal plate;
- vise;
- grinding wheel;
- screw.
#1 Turning a hammer drill into a lumberjack tool
We take a conical building plumb line and unscrew the bolt from it.

Using a grinder, cut off the mount from a large-diameter drill along with the flat part of the drill. We make 4 such blanks at once (we will need 3 of them for the manufacture of other nozzles).

As a result, we get such blanks.

We put a plumb line on the smooth side of the workpiece.

We weld the parts at the junction.

With the help of a ruler and a marker, we draw three longitudinal lines on the conical part of the nozzle. With the help of a grinder, we make grooves along them.

As a result, we get such a nozzle.

With such equipment perforator in impact mode with drilling, it does an excellent job of chopping firewood. Due to the longitudinal grooves and a decent radius of the base of the cone, firewood is chopped quickly and without problems.

No. 2 We make a nozzle for driving poles into the ground
On a metal plate 1.5 cm wide, use a marker and a corner to measure 2 cm.

We cut off the marked part of the plate with a grinder.

We clamp it in a vice and weld the workpiece from the drill at an angle of 90 degrees.

Hammer head is ready.

Such a nozzle allows, using a perforator operating in impact mode, to score columns into the ground.

No. 3 We make a chisel nozzle for dismantling
We measure 5.5 cm on a metal plate (you can change the size of the nozzle if you wish).

By marking with a grinder, we cut off part of the plate.

On one side of the resulting workpiece, we outline the bevels at an angle of approximately 45 degrees.

We cut off unnecessary parts with a grinder.

On the narrowed part, with the help of a grinder, we make a small notch.

In the middle of the end of the workpiece from the drill, we make a groove with a grinder. We put the prepared metal plate into this groove, and weld the parts.

Bevel the wide edge of the resulting nozzle with a grinder.

This is what the finished tool looks like.

A puncher with such a nozzle has become a real "destroyer".

No. 4 Making a hammer nozzle
At the last workpiece from the drill, we grind the chamfer on the grinding wheel.

We put a nut on it.

We fasten them to each other using a welding machine and weld the hole. We grind the surface with a grinder.

With this rig, the hammer drill does a great job of driving nails - better than a normal hammer.
