The principle of their installation will be the same, the difference lies in the characteristics of the materials. The plastic bowl needs to be insulated from the outside, but you can’t find a lighter, more environmentally friendly, inexpensive solution. Polypropylene has a high resistance to fading, mechanical stress, does not require draining water for the winter. The inner surface of the plastic bowl is beautiful, smooth, and does not require additional finishing.
Construction of a swimming pool in the country
Fiberglass composite of heat, frost is not afraid. Fiberglass is a polymer whose particles are bound together with resins. Composite bowls have the same benefits as plastic bowls, but will be more expensive. The investments made in their purchase pay off - reliability, durability, good operational parameters.

Stages of construction work

Excavation

- Pour a layer of coarse sand about 20 cm, compact it tightly
- Lay a metal mesh around the perimeter of the pit and pour the solution 25 cm thick
- When the mixture dries, lay geotextiles, lay styrofoam boards on top for thermal insulation
- Lay a strong film over the insulation
- Wrap the outer surface of the bowl in polystyrene foam, then in polyethylene. Insulate the outside with polystyrene foam
- Lower the bowl to the bottom of the pit

- Concrete the voids between the walls of the pool and the soil. To do this, make spacers to prevent bending of the plastic or composite under the pressure of the concrete mass. Place the formwork, lay the reinforcement, perform layer-by-layer pouring - pour 30 cm of water, raise the concrete, again 30 cm and so on. Wait until the mass hardens. Repeat the steps until the concrete layer reaches the ground surface.
